Enrolling

Once you decide to enroll yourself or your employees in a NARS class, we encourage you to sign up. Too often our customers call the registration office to ask how many others have enrolled in a particular class, wondering if it will “make” – that is, if we have the minimum number of students to hold the class.

Because everyone is checking and no one is enrolling, this can actually prevent a class from filling to its needed number.

If you enroll and a class doesn’t make, refunding you is very simple. You do nothing. We simply credit whatever card you used to enroll in the class.

So, if you know which class you want and are ready to enroll, please go ahead and do so. Just click here.

Formation of all classes depends on sufficient enrollment.

NARS reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide classes or to change the time, date, or place they meet. The information in the schedule is based on conditions at the time of publication and is subject to change. If a class is changed or cancelled, you will be notified. Please be sure CE Registration has your current address, phone numbers, and email address.

Registering for Classes

You can register for a NARS class online at JCCC. Click the enrollment link to view classes and schedules.

When registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will also include further information about your class as well as instructions to access your student account.

Paying Online

When you register online, your credit card payment is due the day you register. If you fail to complete the fee payment process, your registration will be deleted.

Refunds

A full refund will be made for non-credit classes if NARS exercises its right to cancel a class or if the class is full when a registration is received. A request for refund will be honored if a phone or email request is received at the Continuing Education office 10 business days before the class begins.

For purposes of this policy, a business day is defined as a day of the week from Monday through Friday, excluding such days as the college is officially closed.

Otherwise, a Continuing Education Refund Appeal Form may be submitted for administrative consideration on a case-by-case basis. Payment made by check will be refunded to the student registered.

Students who are directed to report for active military duty during an academic term shall be entitled to a full refund of tuition and fees. All refunds may be contingent upon presentation of official documentation. Students who volunteer for military services are subject to the college’s Refund Policy. Exceptions to this policy may be authorized by the Director of Operations for Continuing Education.
